I'm a proud husband and father of three, my family is the driving force behind everything I do. My wife and I both grew up here in Las Vegas - she was born and raised and my family moved here in 1996.
I'm a proud alumnus of St. Viator Catholic School and Bishop Gorman High School, and today, my own children attend St. Viator - which makes serving this community even more meaningful.

Types of Mortgages Offered

Conventional Loans
Down payments as low as 3% for first time homebuyers. Conventional loans can be used for primary residences, second homes, and investment properties.
FHA - VA - USDA
FHA (3.5% down), VA (0% down) and USDA (0% down) are all government back mortgages. Each have their pros and cons, but all three can only be used for a primary residence.


Non-QM
For buyer's who don't fit into the traditional box when it comes to financing, we have plenty of specialty products that are tailored to the more unique situations. These include bank statement programs, DSCR programs, no-low docs programs and ITIN programs among many more.
